INSTRUCTIONS TO LOOK UP THE STATUS OF PARKING CITATIONS AND/OR PAY PARKING NOW:

1. Select the "Click Here" button below. (Read all instructions before clicking)

2. Enter your Ticket/Citation #.  "Example: PK123456 or E001234567"

3. Click on the "Search" button.

4. If the citation has been entered into the court's computer system, the Search Results will appear.

5. The status of the citation will appear underneath Case Status. (See below chart for definitions)

6. Select the PAY button.

7.  Enter your payment details.

8.  You will receive an email confirmation, if successful.  Be sure to contact the court to ensure your payment was applied correctly.  Either CHAT or CALL.

 

Parking Citation Statuses - Definitions

Open  Citation has not been processed or reviewed yet.

Closed – Citation has been dismissed or the fine has been paid.

XClosedX – Citation has been dismissed.

Extension – Time has been granted to pay the fine or file an appeal.

Delinquent – Late fee has been added to the unresolved citation.

Appeal – Hearing officer’s decision has been appealed.
